Just a little hobby site to go with the video we made for the Native Plant Society of Texas video contest in 2021. Hope you find it helpful.

Mostly written and designed by Pamela Parker Caird (member of the Williamson County chapter of NPSOT), with help from family, friends and other folks that are kind enough to provide info.

In case you’re interested in knowing a bit more about NPSOT and the contest. Every year, the Native Plant Society of Texas holds several contests that give members and chapters a chance to be creative and earn recognition.

I’m new to the organization, so I haven’t done much yet, but I got excited about the video contest. I thought it would be a great project to do with my two teenage boys. That turned out about like you’d expect — I ended up doing most of the work, but they helped with ideas, photos, video and such.
